PLEASE NOTE! The hotel cost is not included in the registration fees, it should be arranged directly at the hotel.
In that special case if you need your accommodation and registration fee on the same invoice, please contact us by e-mail before 1 February 2017. In case of direct booking at the hotel there is no availability to request for a joint invoice, including the registration and hotel cost, too.
