take advantage of this company’s help. All related costs should be covered by the exhibiting company.
The building of the booth will start on Sunday 23 September, therefore we kindly ask those who bring and build their own stand to be there on Sunday. For the rest, the stands will be ready for Monday morning, when the conference starts. The dismantling of the stands will have to take place on Friday afternoon 28 September.
The Conferences will be accompanied by an application-minded exhibition covering atmospheric, oceanic, environmental and related sciences and technologies. Publishers and bookstores are particularly encouraged to participate. This exhibition will form an interface between providers presenting their latest developments and services on the one hand and customers seeking information and competent counsel on the other hand.
An early registration, using the appropriate form, for the exhibitors is recommended.

According to the practice of the previous ECAM (European Exhibition and Conference on Applications of Meteorology) meetings a specialized exhibition will be organized parallel with the conference next to the lecture hall, at Thermal Hotel Helia.
