Submissions

There are three categories of submissions:

1. Interactive papers
Authors interested in this category are invited to submit short abstracts of 100-250 words (Please always use the EDSI 2013 Template, which can be downloaded from here). The successful authors will be listed in the Conference Programme.

2. Extended abstracts
Authors interested in this category are invited to submit extended abstracts of up to 1,000 words for double blind peer review. The successful authors will be invited to further elaborate their ideas in papers of up to 4,000 words for publication in the refereed Conference Proceedings.

Interactive papers and Extended Abstracts will be reviewed by the EDSI Board.

3. Full papers
Authors interested in this category are invited to submit papers for double blind peer review. The successful authors will be considered for the Best Conference Paper and Herend Awards, and for publication by DSI. The review committee, following the precedent set at EDSI2012, will be chaired by Asoo Vakharia (Editor, Decision Sciences Journal; University of Florida). The committee members are former and current DSI Presidents in attendance (tentative list): Krishna Dhir (Berry College), Maling Ebrahimpour (University of South Florida at St. Petersburg), Keong Leong (University of Nevada at Las Vegas), Ram Narasimhan (Michigan State University), Powell Robinson (University of Houston), Clay Whybark (University of North Carolina).
