Cannot be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted only in writing. In case of
cancellation of registration and hotel reservation received till 31
July 2008, the refund is 100%.
Between 1-31 August, the refund is 50 %.
From 1 September 2008 registration fees and hotel deposit is not
refundable.
