The welcome reception will be organised at the restaurant of the Hunguest Hotel Rege and is included in the registration fee of all participants, and registered accompanying persons.

The Banquet of the conference will be held at an original Hungarian location. The exact place is a surprise for all the conference participants. For accompanying persons you can buy addititional ticket for the banquet.

Departure is from the conference venue at 9:00h. Planned arrival at the same place is 13.00h.

The first programme will be a 2 hours tour in the Pest side of the city by bus. Among several famous sights, the following places will be visited: Heroes' Square, Basilica.

The guided tour in the Synagogue takes 45-50 minutes. After the visit, the programme continues with 1,5 hrs guided sightseeing tour in Buda side: Buda Castle, Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Gellért Hill, Citadel, etc.

Budapest Sightseeing programme will be a half day guided tour by bus. The first part of the tour offers the opportunity for a visit of the impressive House of Parliament. After a walk around Hungary's largest building, interior visit of the magnificent neo-gothic Parliament (home of the Holy Hungarian Crown) with guidance through the splendid boardrooms and impressive staircases. Participants will be able to see the Hungarian Coronation Jewellery (crown, scepter, mound, mantle, and sword). Taking your passport is necessary.

After the visit at the building of Parliament, a guided sightseeing tour starts.

This tour will give you a half-day excursion to one of the most scenic parts of Hungary. The tour includes a visit to Szentendre, the artists’ town with its cobbled-stone squares and picturesque old streets and alleys. After a short guided tour in the town, you will visit part of the Open Air Village Museum.

The architecture of almost every region of the country is represented in this collection of more than 300 buildings. There will be possibility for shopping in the many handicrafts’ and souvenirs shops. Departure is from the conference venue at 14:00h. Planned arrival at the same place is between 18.00-19.00h.

If you are not only interested in science, knowledge, good lectures, etc which are very important, however, you want some relaxation, then we have a special offer for you.

Not far from your hotel there is a very nice park with swimming, and tennis playing possibilities at KÜLKER PARK. The environment is the best for you to spend some time for relaxing and refreshing yourself.

The entrance fee is 2.500 HUF, and from 2 o’clock pm 2000 HUF.

For students the fee is 1500 HUF.

Gates are open from 5.30 am and the swimming pool can be used until 7 pm, while the tennis court until 10 pm.
