Carmela Di Mauro

Management Engineering at the University of Catania, Italy

Carmela Di Mauro, D.Phil., (cdimauro@unict.it) is Associate Professor in Management Engineering at the University of Catania, Italy, and accredited full professor. Previously, she served as associate professor at University of Calabria (1998-2002). She earned a D.Phil in Economics at the University of York (United Kingdom) in 1995. Her research articles have been published in a variety of peer-reviewed academic and professional journals and have earned several conference awards. She currently serves as co-editor-in-chief for the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management for the term 2022-24. For the term 2022-24 she will sit in the board of directors of the Decision Sciences Institute as VP Conferences. She has collaborated with several national and international organizations for research and advisory purposes.
