Pre-registration is available in the official congress database. If you would like to be informed on the latest news, please do not hesitate to sign up now. All participants wishing to attend the conference should register online, preferably before 31 May 2015.

* This one-day option should be chosen only by whom who planned to attend ONLY in this day. The ordinary ICTON registration fees are containing the admission to the MICROCOLL, too. Please apply in our online database, after the registration. This special registration fee covers the scientific materials, coffee breaks, the lunch and the evening programme.

** At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the IEEE-Member or Regular or Student rate in order to have the paper published in the ICTON 2015 Proceedings. IEEE Member, Regular rates and the Microcoll fees are valid for up to two (1 or 2) papers. Student rate is valid for one (1) paper. The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant. The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

to be arranged during the secure online registration. A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange the payment. The paid amount should appear in the paid coloumn in case of successful online payment.

Registrations and reservations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations and hotel reservations will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation is to be sent by the Secretariate to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY if a payment was made. Participants who paid the fee will be able to download a PAID INVOICE in pdf in their personal records within a week time after the receipt of payment, from the “My Invoices” menu after logging into the registration database.

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. Congress bureau Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the congress bureau.

On site, registration fees and hotel bookings can be paid in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.


Credit Card

For the onlinde payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). Terms and conditions of participation

Advance online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The organisers consider this commitment as a binding written contract. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee may include entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, public transport cards, etc.

In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Hotel accommodation orders (if any) are also subject of intermediary service. See also the general terms and conditions here.


Cancellation policy

Cancellations on registration and hotel reservation can be made only in writing. A full refund for cancellations made on and prior to 31 May 2015 is available, however 100 EUR cancellation fee will be kept by the secretariat.

After this date the conference secretariat has to pay the advanced payments to the hotel and other service providers, and there is no way to refund in case of later cancellation. In case of a late cancellation the conference secretariat will provide the invoice on the full registration fee and all conference materials will be sent by post.
