Posters
Posters may be displayed throughout the course of the convention. We would appreciate it if you were present during the break in the morning session on Friday (25 May) to answer any questions that those attending the convention might have. You may find the technical instructions, such as dimensions of your poster below.
Poster mounting: Thursday (24 May), 8:30-; Removal: Sunday (27 May), 12:10
Posters left on the boards after the removal deadline will be dismantled and will not be stored by the organisers.
Technical instructions:
Posters should be prepared for standard STANDING (PORTRAIT) A/0 size (84 x 119 cm – 1 sqm).
PLEASE DO NOT PRINT A LANDSCAPE POSTER!
The organisers provide pins to mount your poster to the board at the conference venue and they will be at your disposal if you need help.
